We'll arrange a relaxed visit to your home at a time that suits you, with no charge and no obligation. It's a chance for your dog to meet us, and for us to talk through their routine, feeding, and any additional requirements before anything is booked.
Your dog stays somewhere they already feel safe — their own bed, garden and routine — instead of adjusting to an unfamiliar kennel environment surrounded by other animals. It tends to mean less stress, especially for older dogs, anxious dogs, or dogs who aren't used to being around lots of other animals.
Just let us know at the meet & greet. We're comfortable administering routine medication as part of day care or overnight visits, following whatever instructions you leave us.
Yes! You'll get check-in messages and photo updates during day care and overnight visits, so you can see exactly how your dog is getting on while you're away.
Before your first booking, it's helpful to know your dog's feeding schedule, any medication or allergies, their normal walk routine, vet contact details, and anything that might make them anxious or excited. We'll go through all of this together at your free meet & greet, so nothing is missed.
As early as you can, especially around holidays and weekends when slots fill up quickly. That said, feel free to reach out even for last-minute requests — we'll always try to help if we're available.
Yes, we're fully insured for in-home pet sitting and dog walking, so you can relax knowing your dog (and your home) are in safe hands.
Just get in touch as soon as you know — we're happy to reschedule where we can. We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours in advance. Please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another client.
